Conditions of Booking
All accommodation
is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable.
Meal
times are prearranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
The
proprietors cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guests' property unless handed in for safe custody.
Accounts must be paid before departure and cheques will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid bankers card.
In the event of any cancellation, curtailment or failure to arrive and,
should the accommodation not be re-let, the person making the original booking will be liable for all the total cost as per
the reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable unless a booked room has been re-let.
If the deposit has been paid using a credit card authorised account number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation
or otherwise, will also be made on the same account number by the proprietor.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is party
to that contract cause any detriment to the well being of staff or other guests.
Any damages to property must be reported to the management prior to departure.
Any damage not reported will be chargeable at local tradesmen rates and charged to the booking guest accordingly.
When making a booking
you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended
that you take out any appropriate insurance.
